Join a Beachbody Challenge Group!

Those who are interested in fitness and getting into shape, and even those who simply follow this blog and my Twitter, are most likely already familiar with Beachbody, and may have already seen me talk about the Beachbody Challenge. So, what is the Beachbody Challenge?

Basically, the Beachbody Challenge is a process of pairing together 5 (or more) like-minded people together, to work on the same fitness program, and to use the same supplements, and have them all stay accountable with each other, all while having ME as your coach during the challenge period (30, 60, or 90 days, depending on the group/program). Each group of 5 will be connected together through the use of a Facebook Group created by myself, where everyone will post and stay in contact with each other during the group challenge period.

hardworksuccessWhat Makes A Challenge Group So Effective? For me personally, the word “challenge” brings up a sense of competition and strength in my personality. I believe it is a highly motivating way to encourage progress and success, and it is easy for everyone to share what is working and not working in their routines. One of the hardest part of a fitness routine is oftentimes being the only one in your social circle who is working with a certain program, and self-motivation can be wavering. It has been proven that working together with others towards the same (or similar) goals is extremely effective and can make your success that much more fruitful. The spirit of competition can push you to work harder to achieve better results than you would on your own. When you have a healthy spirit of competition, encouragement, support and accountability – it is truly a recipe for success! In addition (and quite possibly most important to your success), the groups that we put together are FUN! Because who honestly doesn’t want to have fun during their fitness routine?!

What Do I Need To Join The Challenge? The first thing you need to do in order to join one of my Beachbody Challenge groups, is sign up to have ME as your Coach (if I’m not already). It is totally FREE to make me your coach (click here to sign up!), and when you do so, you will have total access to me for support and guidance in your fitness journey. I will be there to answer all your questions and help you along your way, and help you get going with your Challenge Group. Next, you will have to be using Shakeology and a Beachbody program such as Insanity, P90X or TurboFire. (Not sure which program you want to choose? shakeologyWhy Is Shakeology a Requirement Of the Challenge? I have personally recommended Shakeology to all my friends and family, both whom are into fitness and those that are not. championsWhat Will I Need To Do Once I’m In A Challenge Group? I will be guiding all Challenge Groups personally via the Facebook Group Page, but for starters it is always great to share more about yourself, what program you’ll be using, and what your fitness goals are for the period of the group. It is important to post daily in the group, sharing your completed workout and your daily diet, and to ask any questions you may have, as well as share anything you may find pertinent to the group and the workout program(s) chosen. Giving each other support during the group period is also a fun and positive way to ensure we are all reaching for the stars, and aiming to improve ourselves daily. Progress photos are also and important factor to be considered and should be taken at the beginning of the Challenge Group, and at a minimum of every 15 days after the start date.

Are There Any Prizes? YES! Beachbody will be giving away daily prizes of $500, as well as monthly, quarterly and even a GRAND prize of $100,000 for those with the best Challenge Group results. In addition to the monetary prizes, most Challenge Groups have incentive prizes for accountability, progress and results, such as equipment, workout gear, and success materials. Last but not least, once you complete your specified program, send your before and after photos into Beachbody and you will receive a FREE T-Shirt for all your hard work!
