- 1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology®
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- ½ medium banana
- ½ cup coarsely chopped raw walnuts
- 1 Tbsp. all-natural peanut butter
- ½ cup ice (add more to taste)
Place nonfat milk, banana, walnuts, peanut butter, Shakeology®, and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
