Hey, friends! First of all, let me apologize for the lack of posts around here lately. I haven’t forgotten about you all, it’s just been a very crazy couple of weeks. I’ve been in the process of “officially” moving in with Ry and clearing my home out for rent. I had a garage sale last weekend, and my time in preparation for that was just beyond limited. The good news is that it’s behind me now, and I am ready to get back into (somewhat) of a normal schedule now. I am still not all the way moved out/in yet, but at least the “big work” is behind us.
More on that all later, but for now, I wanted to share this awesomely delicious recipe with you all! This is truly the perfect healthy treat for transitioning from Summer into Fall, and can also be enjoyed year-round!

- 1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology®
- ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- ½ cup ice (add more to taste)
Place applesauce, cinnamon, Shakeology®, and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
