If you guys are anything like me, you have some hard work to do before bikini season gets here! With wedding planning in my midst along with fun spring and summer plans being whispered about, I am sort of dreading the thought of what my body looks like under winter’s clothing. It’s definitely time to get back on track and get my fitness goals into shape!
From March 3rd-31st, I will be hosting a Beachbody Challenge Group for those who want to get in “Beach Body” shape before Spring Break!
